Allow Aha Builder <-> Aha Integration to read notes

What is the challenge?

• Today, we have an Aha Builder app that is integrated with our Aha account. We would like to have the app extract the content from a specified note in our Aha account and load it into the app. However, the integration today does not have the ability to read notes. From Elle chat:

  • "Not directly. The Aha! connection can read initiatives, iterations, releases, release phases, features, epics, requirements, projects, ideas (with portals, users, endorsements and organizations), users, and automations. Aha! Notes, meaning meeting notes, aren't in that list, so I can't read them through the connection as it's set up. I can read the text fields on the records that are supported, such as a feature's or idea's description. That wouldn't include the notes themselves."

What is the impact?

• The information would have to be manually exported from Aha and imported into our app, which is prohibitive.
