Expand MCP to Audits

What is the challenge?

• When trying to use MCP to monitor that team members are properly responding to our users I am unable to see the person changing the status to a completed state. The MCP tells me that "The record you want is the Audits API, which is the same feed as History. For each idea it returns the workflow status change and the user, for the last 12 months. Older changes use a separate admin-only history search. The Aha connection used here does not include that audit feed, which is why the name cannot be pulled.

• Once that audit can be read, the report can add Status changed by only on rows where the audit names the person. Until then the column stays off, and the same-day portal author remains the person you can review."

What is the impact?

• I have to manually go into the system to identify who did not properly provide a portal comment when the items was closed
