Show custom field help icons for long labels in release drawers

What is the challenge?

• In Aha! Roadmaps release drawer views, long custom field names are truncated and hide the (?) help icon.

• Helper text is visible while the field is empty, but disappears once a value is entered. Users must open the full Details view to access that guidance via the "?" icon.

What is the impact?

• Teams use field descriptions to explain what data to enter consistently across businesses. Hiding that guidance makes it harder to check or update populated fields correctly.

• Users working in the drawer must leave their current view to find the instructions.

Describe your idea.

• Keep the (?) help icon visible in the release drawer whenever a custom field has a description, regardless of label length.

• Allow users to hover over the icon to read the description before and after entering a value, without opening the full Details view.
