Add subpages within whiteboards

What is the challenge?

• When working in Aha! Whiteboards, people can organize content on a single canvas with frames and sections, but they cannot create subpages within the same whiteboard

• This becomes limiting during research synthesis and related planning work, where one whiteboard needs to hold multiple connected views, working areas, or stages of analysis.

• People switch to other tools when they want one working space that can hold separate page-like areas while staying connected

What is the impact?

• Researchers, product managers, and designers have to spread connected work across multiple places or move it into another tool to keep it organized.

Describe your idea.

• Add subpages inside a whiteboard so one whiteboard can contain multiple distinct pages that belong to the same overall canvas or working space (like Claude Design and FigJam)

• Provide a clear way to create, name, switch between, and reorder subpages

• Keep each subpage connected to the same whiteboard so teams can organize related research, planning, and discussion without creating a separate whiteboard for each step
