Import function for new layouts and custom fields

What is the challenge?

• As an admin supporting multiple products with multiple ideas portals, I must create each custom field and ideas layout from scratch each time

• Users already provide their requests to me via a template. Aha! should support the ability to create custom fields and new layouts via a bulk import type of functionality, or other automation which lets admins upload a single file with all the required fields populated (name, field type, description text etc) and create the required custom fields and new layout in one go.
