• it can be difficult to decipher status without clicking into the record

• add 'status' to the 'show record detail' dropdown when referencing in comments (image 2) AND make the summary more clear (image 1 - looks like recent add of status on left, but it is easy to miss and confuse with the approval thumbs up on all items on the right)
