Contract details/attachments need to carry over from Idea to Capability

What is the challenge?

• The contract details do not carry over to the promoted capability (only for use in the C&S ECE workspace from the ECE Common Intake)

What is the impact?

• Important regulatory information can be lost

• The capability to ensure that the contract details/attachments either are attached in the body/attachment section, or a new section is created to carry over titled the same: Contract Language

• Another area it could carry over to would be the Expected Outcome field
