stop trashing the tab history

What is the challenge?

• after enough time, the URL of the tab is changed, and all tabs are affected, making them all point to the last thing I looked at.

What is the impact?

• Makes the collection of tabs I keep open to manage the process completely useless. Hammers home that a web app is never as good as the desktop app.
