Record linking in Prioritisation view

What is the challenge?

• When editing an initiative prioritisation view, the customer sees Add records related to initiative, but selecting it returns No results.

• The available options also differ between prioritisation views, such as feature prioritisation, and reports such as list reports. The customer does not understand why they can link records in a list report but not in this view.

What is the impact?

• The difference makes it unclear whether the view is behaving as intended or whether related records are missing.

Describe your idea.

• Allow users to link related records in the prioritisation view or;

• Remove the link when records can't be added to avoid confusion
