Yes, our entire organization has viewer access so they can view various roadmaps, dashboards, and knowledge base articles in Aha. These users only have reviewer access, and really from an MCP perspective, that should follow their same permissions on their Aha user license. This is a critical need for our organization, and many team members are unhappy with the lack of functionality here.
We require viewer access to include our Aha roadmaps in our company knowledge base for all Aha users. These users only need to view records.
