Dark Mode toggle

What is the challenge?

• When in dark mode, the colors appear different on things like charts, and it's easy to build a chart or other visual that does not appear correctly to light mode users.

What is the impact?

• Right now I have to go to light mode, check, then go back. It's a whole bunch of clicks.

Describe your idea.

• In the personal menu, add a 'switch to dark mode' or 'switch to light mode' OR in report creation and white boards, add a toggle to change the report/WB view to allow user to switch just in that context.
