Provide an Account level time limit configuration for archived workspaces

Deleting the Archived workspaces today is a manual process. This becomes a time consuming process if there are thousands of workspaces to be deleted.

It would be great if Aha! provided an account level configuration setting so companies could set a time limit for how long archived workspaces are to be retained before they automatically are deleted.

Manually deleting workspaces is painful and time consuming.

Set a minimum timeframe for workspaces to be retained as a safety for companies to retain archived workspaces if needed.

Aha! could provide an account level configuration setting that would give the company the option to define the time the workspaces are kept in the archive section before they are deleted. Maybe Aha! sets a standard for retaining the workspaces for a 6 months minimum and 24 month maximum before workspaces are automatically deleted Then give the company the option to configure how long archived workspaces are retained within the 6-24 month range before being auto deleted. The manual delete option could still be available for any workspaces that need immediate deletion.
