Manage Aha! Discovery highlight types

There is a selection of highlight types within Aha! Discovery: learnings, quotes, responses, etc. This means users are more likely to choose the wrong one

Users sometimes tag the same content as both a learning and a quote, or use options inconsistently.

Add ability to toggle off certain highlight types so teams can constrain the set and reduce ambiguity, yielding more consistent usage and cleaner reports.
