What is the challenge? |
When updates to the Salesforce <->Aha! integrations are available, the users who can make the changes should be notified of the availability of the upgrades. Right now the notification is displayed on the announcement buttons in the Aha! object/widget in salesforce (see attached) But the same people who are submitting the ideas are not necessarily the same people who are maintaining the integration (either the Salesforce side or the Aha side). There is no prompt or push from within aha! to know that there may be updates available to that integration. |

What is the impact? |
The salesforce widget may become outdated not taking needed updates because those that are able to act to do the update are not made aware that it is available. |
Describe your idea |
Some kind of notification, preferably on the aha! side, that an update to the integration is available. Makes sense sense that it could could be on the integration drop down ,where users may already be maintaining integration work. Or possibly in the account settings within the salesforce integration settings, or even an email push to the person setup as the webhook. |
