What is the challenge? |
For new users who submit an idea for the first time, they cannot not view their idea of others from their organization as there is no link to view the idea. This link is visible on subsequence emails regarding the same idea but that could be several days based on SOP for providing idea feedback. |

Impact is when encouraging product users to submit ideas, there is no immediate access to their idea and therefore to the product feedback portal. |
Describe your idea |
In the email notification sent after an idea has been submitted in the add idea screen (product feedback), add the link to view the idea - this will also then provide access to login to the ideas portal. |

The thank you email will include a link to the idea if the user is able to view it in the portal. If the link is missing, it could be because the idea visibility is "Not visible" at the time that the email is sent. If this still seems to be an issue, please reach out to support@aha.io and we will help to troubleshoot.
