Allow permissions for team members (select few) to edit same reports Merged

Want a few team members to be able to co-edit reports and not allow everyone who has access to edit.

Teams are creating additional reports for the same thing because they can't edit, for the reports that are open to all - risk of others editing reports we don't want edited, 1 person was on leave unexpectedly and had to redo all of his reports

Would like to allow just a few people on the teams to have edit access to the same report
