Grant user-specific permissions

We have multiple users who have editing rights in our workspace, but there are views which only a small select group should be able to edit, e.g., the prioritization views.

Currently either everyone or only one person can edit the prioritization of our Initiatives/Epics.

By allowing to name specific users who have access to a prioritization view instead of all users in the workspace who have editing rights, it can be avoided that accidental changes happen or that users who should not edit the view can edit it.
