Change Wording of Support Option: Request Workspace Access to be more general access/support questions

What is the challenge?

Team members submit the wrong service desk ticket or don't know that Support option is for issues/other support requests other than Workspace access questions. I get asked on a weekly basis what to do to submit questions.

What is the impact?

Time, Requests have been ignored and poor user experience

Describe your idea

Rephrase the option or make it more prominent to capture submitting general access and support questions if anything related fort AHA goes to the same request type
