As a consultant or strategic partner, an idea portal contact can submit ideas representing feedback from different customer organizations when they are associated with multiple Organizations. That unique individual's feedback is then aggregated and related to all customers. When in reality: Idea 1 -> only relevant for Customer A Idea 2 -> only relevant for Customer B Currently, both Ideas 1 and 2 get associated with both Customer A and B and the feedback cannot be segmented properly. |
