Use HR "Preferred Name" instead of legal name

What is the challenge?	may of us have a Preferred Name documented with HR that is not getting into AHA. Example: I go by my middle name: Rae... and AHA has me as Kellie Malsch. This confuses my team.
What is the impact?	Will avoid confusion
