Conditional Logic in Feature (Or Any) Layout Merged

We want certain fields to appear on the layout when the feature is of a certain type but cannot do so.

This would help declutter the feature card and avoid showing fields that only need to be completed under specific conditions.

Allow for some conditional logic to be implemented on layouts, IE if the type is "Task" then show fields x, y and z.
