Make 'Copy a KB' create a COMPLETE copy

Copying a KB does not include banner and logo:

Homepage banner

• The original knowledge base has a banner image configured.

• The copy does not — “Remove banner image” option is present but no actual image shown.

Homepage logo

• The copy’s homepage logo area is blank (“Remove logo image” button missing).

• The original has a logo displayed.

Extra work for creation of new KB

Include the homepage banner and homepage logo when copying a KB.
