Improvements when duplicating workflows

When duplicating a workflow, Aha! doesn't copy across the template text or the status custom field layout to be used (Enterprise+ only) to the new workflow

The new workflows aren't exact copies of the original meaning the administrator needs to be really dilligent in a) understanding that this will happen b) any template text or status custom field layouts are manually replicate to the new workflow

Make the new workflow a true "copy" of the original.
