Make features read only for certain utilizations / roles for the tool

We have many different use cases/personas that use the tool and we must align to how they use they tool.

I would like a setting to be able to set the feature board to view only for teams that only do higher-level strategy. Some teams rely on technical teams within different tools to do the feature-down work. In this case, they can define down to the epic layer then integrate that. If the capability team wants to view the feature for status though, it must be pulled back in a double-layer integration. Since ownership of the feature is the technical team in another tool, the feature should just be viewable at the strategy layers in Aha!
