Reorder where description appears in Idea Portal

As an Ideas portal admin, I want our Ideas portal users to see a custom field called "Problem Statement" ahead of the Description when they are viewing Ideas in the Ideas Portal, so that the solution description more naturally flows with context already provided. Currently there is no way to remove Description being the first thing people see about an idea in the portal.

Unable to provide greater context/flow around characterizing the Ideas submitted in the portal when viewing an idea.

Provide the ability to select which field you want to show up first as well as in the idea snippet in the idea list view in the Ideas Portal.
