Allow owners to customize the placeholder text that appears in the Knowledge Base search box. This would help organizations better align the Knowledge Base experience with their users' expectations and internal language. |
Thanks for submitting this idea @Guest! Could you share an example of the type of placeholder text you would prefer to use? Currently, the same placeholder text also shows up in the sidebar on the left, so it would have a limited length. Would you prefer to be able to customize separate strings for each location?
