Allow "History (last 90 days)" to be added as a related record

The "History (last 90 days)" is only able to be added as a primary record type for a report.

Since a given record type can have several history entries, if I filter to show the changes of a specific field, I get false hits due to multiple changes within the 90 day period.

Allow other record types to be the primary record type and have the option to associate history records to those record types.
