Enable currency formatted fields in custom tables to have no decimals

My custom table looks for values entered in USD x 1,000. I formatted the fields for currency but Aha adds two decimal places automatically.

The value displayed is confusing because USD x 1,000 amounts do not typically have decimals.

Add a “no decimal” option to the currency format selection in the custom table configuration area
