Improve usability of All Activity area to identify layout changes

When layouts are changed and fields are added or removed an event is logged under the account settings > activity area, but the events are not clearly labeled.

Able to see a change has been made, but unable to tell to which layout specifically.

Update the event detail to include the custom layout(s) the fields were added/removed from.
