Schedule integration when all researchers are available
What is the challenge? |
We require that all the people on the research team attend the call (interviewer, note taker, UX). The current scheduling integration with calendars is exactly what we need, except that it offers times that any one of the researchers is available, not when all of them are free. |

We spend a lot of time going back and forth over email with customers to schedule sessions and coordinate calendars across the team. Being able to use the integration would save us significant time. |
Describe your idea |
Provide an option in the scheduler to require that the whole team is available. Then only offer times where all of their calendars are free. |

This is how the scheduler works today. When you configure the schedule, select the researchers who must be available for each interview. The schedule page will then only show times that all of the selected researchers are available.
