Maintain currency format when summing worksheet fields in pivot tables

If a pivot table is bringing in currency formatted fields, and "sum values" is selected for the table, then the currency formatting "$" is not included

The context of this being a currency focused table is lost

If all fields in a pivot table, even those from custom worksheets, are currency formatted, retain that currency formatting when using "sum values"
