What is the challenge? |
My team needs to be able to add who, what, when, why of a problem statement using prompts and create problem statements using AI as much as possible but there will be multiple such instances and we need to create one and replicate for the rest |

What is the impact? |
It will accelerate our problem statement processes |
Describe your idea |
So if I created 4 columns with Ws and trained it with AI so when someone adds a Who leisurely, it automatically converts it into a good format that we fed through a prompt on the runtime. This should be done on as many columns as possible and then based on the prompts in the column and what people added to the cards, there will be a problem statement created by AI in a format as fed by the prompt I would also need this entire space in a whiteboard to be copyable with the prompts intact so I can use the same for another problem statement |
Hi Sarah,
Thanks a lot for your prompt response. Would it be possible for you to get on a call with me to understand this further? I am kind of lost in it somewhere.
Thanks,
Mubashira (SAP Munich)
Thanks for sharing your idea! We just released updates to our AI assistant in whiteboards, and I think it could help as part of this workflow!
I did a simple test for this use case by creating columns for each question, and then after filling in the Who/What/Why, I used this prompt in the AI assistant, "Read the items in the Who/What/Why columns, and then generate a problem statement summarizing each in the last column.
You can try this out from the AI assistant panel on the right-hand side of your whiteboard, and once you refine the prompt, you can save it to the library for others to use as well. Do you think this could work for your team?
