Keyword "Includes" Filter for Views or Reports

I maintain feature documentation in Confluence as my source of truth for the feature's current state functionality. That functionality may have evolved over time with several Aha! features representing that work. I want to create a list view referenceable in Confluence that shows the reader "Work related to [feature name]" but I do not have a way to do that without creating tags. I would prefer to just create a catch all with the Feature name so any mentions of that feature name would result in a filtered list of Aha! features.
