AI assistant should able to read pages on the internet

The AI assistant cannot read publicly accessible (unauthenticated) web pages today.

Users must copy/paste content manually, slowing research and limiting the assistant's usefulness and coverage of up-to-date information.

Add support for fetching and reading unauthenticated URLs so the assistant can analyze public web pages directly.
