Add "Image" option for contacts

For product team members who conduct a large volume of user interviews, it is challenging to keep track of the large number of participants and who was spoken to in which interview. A visual reminder of the participants that can be visualized alongside the study would greatly assist.

Interviewers have additional mental overhead in keeping track of who is who and in building relationships with interviewees.

Add an "Image" option to Contacts similar to what is available for personas. The image should display in the contact's details view, and in the "Participants" section of a study. It would also be helpful if they were able to be displayed in the study's report.
