What is the challenge? |
We use a custom predefined choice list field to assign product ideas to different product domains in our suite of offerings. The challenge is the terminology we use internally to identify differs from what our customers may experience or know. While I can change the terminology of that field title/description in each of my idea portals, I cannot change the choices available to select. |

What is the impact? |
This allows our customer facing teams and customers to have a streamlined experience with all other communications and places they interact with our company offerings (Community portal, knowledge space, website). |
