What is the challenge? |
As an Aha! power user who supports a lot of other folks in our organization, I get added as a watcher to a lot of records that I do not need notifications for simply because I am helping someone else to do something in Aha. Every so often, I go into my notification preferences and unwatch myself from many records. The only "bulk" option is to unwatch from all records in a workspace. I often want to keep my watcher status on, say, strategy records while removing myself as a watcher from all the features. When there are many features, and only a handful of goals or initiatives, there's no efficient way to do this. |

What is the impact? |
Either I have to "unwatch all" and then go back and rewatch just the handful of records in the workspace, or, I have to manually click unwatch on every single record I don't care about. In one case this morning there were 73 features to unwatch in just one workspace. |
Describe your idea |
For each workspace in the Participating and Watching lists under My Notification Preferences, add "unwatch all [type]" next to each header just like there is an unwatch all records option at the top. |
