Allow reporting on User object

As part of ongoing data quality we are unable to easily find records that are actively being worked, but assigned to someone who is now inactive. The volume of deactivations is infeasible for the administrator team to manage directly.

Requires exporting data from Aha! user table and work item table and then merging them together.

Allowing reporting on user object would allow us to easily find records that are tagged to an inactive user. This could be combined with any object from default Assigned To or custom User fields.
