When accepting a work request, provide the ability to filter the list of objects by the target workspace

When accepting a Work Request as an Epic object (for example), the user is prompted to select the Release to associate the Epic to. With approx. 100 workspaces and several releases per workspace, the list is unmanageable to search through. The text search helps, but is still difficult.

Users struggle to associate the Epic accepting the Work Request with the proper release in the target workspace.

Provide a toggle to enable limiting the list to only the target workspace for the work request. This will simplify the user experience and make acceptance more efficient.
