What is the impact? |
When preparing for a customer call they cannot understand the ideas that a customer has visibility into, or the ability to understand their perspective of the ideas in the idea portal. |
Describe your idea |
An employee, with sufficient rights, could impersonate a contact associated with an organization (ideally one they were makrd as an account manager for/responsible for) and have a read-only view of the ideas portal that would match the view shown to that contact. So they could see the ideas etc but not vote or modify any idea on behalf of that user. |
