Custom categories for AI inputs to organize prompts/instructions/agents

Challenge

Managing custom AI inputs (prompts, instructions, and agents) lacks organization currently. There is no way to create categories, so the list becomes cluttered and it is hard to find specific items.

Impact

People spend extra time searching and may reuse outdated or incorrect inputs because they cannot quickly locate the right one.

Proposed solution

• Add user-defined categories for AI inputs (prompts, instructions, agents) with create/edit/delete capabilities.

• Allow assigning one or more categories to each input and filter/search by category.

• Surface categories in the UI list and quick switcher to speed retrieval.
