When scheduling interviews, allow for a custom interview duration

What is the challenge?	Currently when setting up a scheduling link for an interview, the "Interview duration" field only has 4 options: 15 minutes 30 minutes 45 minutes 60 minutes
What is the impact?	Custom timeframes, particularly ones longer than 60 minutes, are not allowed.
Describe your idea	All the user to enter a custom duration.
