Support "same as" automations for text fields

Automations currently make it possible to pass values from one record to another, such as users and dates.

We need the ability to set the same text fields across records.

We often plan our work by initiative and include a relevant text field. This initiative is then broken down into other features. Any features created in that initiative should have the same text field as it relates to the initiative whenever this text field is changed on the initiative to ensure consistency. Not having this forces our PMs to have to remember to update that field on all child records.
