Customize Drop Down Values Based on Workspace

From a tool maintenance perspective, we have to individually maintain drop down values for similar fields. This presents problems with allowing for standard integration paths when different groups have their own field like "client" in order to have their own drop down values that pertain specifically to their product workspace.

We have to individually create the same field with different values on each workspace and as a result, manage individual integrations for each workspace.

Allow for a shared bank of values for one field but the values are automatically adjusted based on the workspace that they are tagged to.
