Add status and multiple date options to Now Next Later roadmap

I want to share the Now Next Later roadmap to sales, but some items are quite large and I would not want to communicate those as "Now" if they won't see anything for a full year. So I need more flexiblity in how projects show in the columns than just a single date.

Better and more accurate communication to sellers

I would love to be able to have the options for filtering each column by multiple dates (e.g. start and end dates) as well as different statuses in each column.
