Sometimes all the current requirements on a feature are finished before the rest of the requirements are added. This changes the feature to done. |

Add an option to the workspace automation so that I can see when a new requirement is added to the feature and move the state of the feature back to a status of my choice. |

A feature should move back to an "In Progress" status when one or more requirements are added after it has already moved to "Ready to Ship" status because all previous requirements were marked as Done. We would expect the feature status to reflect the newly added active requirement(s).
