Add a trigger when a new requirement is added to a feature

Sometimes all the current requirements on a feature are finished before the rest of the requirements are added.

This changes the feature to done.

I have to keep manually moving the feature back to In progress, to accurately show the status.

Add an option to the workspace automation so that I can see when a new requirement is added to the feature and move the state of the feature back to a status of my choice.
