What is the challenge? |
The breakdown of records for a given month on the Capacity report shows "Capacity", "Planned", and "Available" metrics, in addition to user and team velocity. The "Available" metric uses (Capacity - (Planned + Complete)) to calculate, at least on the "parallel planning" view. However, the "Complete" metric is not visible, so the numbers do not make immediate sense if some work is already in progress. |

What is the impact? |
This can be confusing, as some teams might be expecting that value to be incorporated into the Planned number, or otherwise want to be able to check the calculation at a glance. |
