Allow disabling avatar notifications for integration updates

With the new change that integration updates show as an orange circle on the avatar, I easily miss other notifications

I always have integration updates, so I can easily miss when I have other notifications

I noticed that my user avatar has started to show the orange dot for updates when there are integration updates available (related to delivery of this idea I assume: https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/A-I-20192). I am one of our Aha admins and thus the owner for a lot of workspaces, including many with integrations. I am not involved in managing those integrations, so having new updates available is not relevant to me. Having the orange dot show up for integration updates means I do not see a difference when there are other notifications that are relevant to me--especially since there are almost always integration updates across all of the integrations where I am an owner. I would like to be able to choose which notifications cause the orange dot to appear.
