custom scorecard internal field change, does not trigger change event when the total result is the same

What is the challenge?

We have a situation where we have an Epic that has a custom scorecard field.

When you change some of the internal scorecard field items, and the total score result is the same as it was before, the system does not recognize this as a change, and it does not show this in the history as a change.

This also does not trigger an event of change, so some of our integration tools, like Fivetran, do not receive the change.

What is the impact?

Since we do not see change in the fields, inside the scorecard, and cannot do proper analysis on this data. since this data is not communicated through a change in our integration pipelines.

Describe your idea

Create a history event to capture the internal score-card fields changes, even if the result is the same for the Total Score Card. Create a trigger even to capture this, so other integration tools like FiveTran can capture this change.
