Allow visualization of original time frame (custom fields) and current timeframe in Roadmaps for a single initiative, epic or feature

I need way to share visually how projects are behind schedule or increasing in overall timeframe

It will be easier for PMs and management to see how roadmaps are progressing and if they are on track or not allowing for faster response to make adjustments

Describe your idea

I currently track on an initiative the original start and end dates for the initiative. PMs duplicate the system start and end dates into that field at the start of the roadmap year. Then they continue to make updates to the system field start and end dates.

My idea is to allow for a roadmap Gantt chart view that displays 2 bars for the same initiative one using the system start and end dates and one using user specified custom date fields for the same initiative.
